# Tracking protocol

The surveys we have sent out to our followers in emerging markets paint a clear picture: customers do not trust online marketplaces. A vendor who wants to prove his reliability opens up Logyq’s app and starts registering info about one of his products; Logyq then sends the info on the Cardano blockchain and generates a QR code for each tracked item. A customer scans the QR code once the item arrives and consults all the relevant information about it.
